Complaints

PPD's end customers may submit their complaints related to gas supply in written form.

Dear Customers,

We inform you that, in accordance with Article 24 of the General Terms and Conditions of Gas Supply (NN 50/18, 88/19, 39/20, 100/21, 103/22, 68/23) and Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22, 59/23), any complaints regarding the conduct and operations of the gas supplier may be submitted in writing as follows:

  • in person – at the company’s business office
  • by post – to the address:

  • by e-mail – to: racun@ppd.hr and/or prodaja@ppd.hr

Written complaints may also be submitted using the complaint submission forms available at our business premises and on our website www.ppd.hr.

We will deliver a written response to your complaint within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the written complaint. Please ensure that you include your contact details in your complaint.
